Delivery Options
For free shipping, your order will be sent with Australia Post. Orders sent with Australia Post will take 2-10 BUSINESS days on average to arrive so please factor this in when ordering.

Tracked Post will be sent with either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post depending on Location:
Express Post - 1-3 Business days to all Australian Capital Cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart)
Delivery times are estimates only however we try to ensure they arrive on time.
For larger items we will send these on the quickest road option to you, we compare the rates with TNT, Aramex, Australia Post and Toll.
Personalisation Timescales
All of our range is custom made to order. We require processing time to design and make your items.
Cake Toppers - 1-2 Business Days
Drink Stirrers, name place tags and name signs 1-4 Business days.
Invitations 1-2 business days.
Creative Collection 1-2 weeks.
Custom Orders will be sent as soon as ready.
We do not send proofs unless a specific request is made. Any changes to the original design e.g. font will be an additional $10 fee that must be paid before any design work is commenced. We are not able to accept returns for any personalised items.
RUSH ORDER FEE
Need your order urgently? Get in touch and we’ll help prioritise your order. There may be a $10.00 fee and this ensures that your order gets put to the top of the queue and dealt with first by our customer service team. If you also want it changed to EXPRESS POST we will send you an invoice for the shipping difference.
I am sending this as a gift. Will my recipient see the price?
Prices are not disclosed. We know you don’t want your recipient to see the price, so we don’t dispatch any orders with prices. You will receive an invoice to your designated email after you have submitted your order.
Alternatively, you can login to your account and view your orders and invoices there.
Can I send the gift directly to the recipient? Will they know it’s from me?
If you’d like to send your gift directly to the recipient, you can add their address as the delivery address in the checkout, and we’ll post the item to their house.
Most of our orders are sent with a delivery note inside your parcel, however, it’s not a gift message.
The delivery note is printed with the contents of the parcel, the recipient’s details, and the sender’s details. Prices are not disclosed in the delivery note.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, please email us your query and we can quote the postage.
I gave you the wrong delivery address, can I change it?
Mistakes can happen! If you wish to change the delivery address help us help you by getting in touch with the Letterfy team as soon as possible so we can change the address before the order is processed.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched it becomes a little trickier but we will always try our best to get it rerouted. We can not make any promises here because if it has already arrived at the listed address then it may be too late.
I ordered a few products but I’ve only received some of them; where are my other gifts?
If you have purchased multiple items and have only received part of your order don’t panic!
We try to consolidate as many products into the same delivery as possible but if an item takes longer to personalise we may send the items in separate parcels to save you waiting any longer then you have to.
